Gambling questions:

  3. Do you feel high when gambling, depressed after losing, anxious or irritable when you're not able to gamble?
  4. Has your gambling caused problems with your relationships, job or other important aspects of your life?
  5. Have you felt guilty about your gambling or has anyone ever told you that you have a gambling problem?
